History of Regal Stephens

Ronald R. Porter, Regal Russell Porter, and Stephen Scott Porter opened the doors to Regal Stephens Construction, LTD and began building custom homes during the summer of 2003. With three partners, one a Professional Engineer with a masters degree in Business Administration, another with a masters degree in Business Administration and a highly sophisticated understanding of business finance and money management, and a third partner with a degree in Construction Science and 13 years of both commercial and residential field experience, we knew that our company would not be your typical construction firm. We immediately embraced the fact that we where different and still consider our company structure and our individual talents as our most valuable business assets.

Because of our different backgrounds, you can rest assured that every facet of your investment is in trustworthy and capable hands. We look at each project as an individual company that must be able to stand on its own and be successful. We evaluate each project as it relates to quality, value, and schedule before, during, and after construction is completed. By approaching our projects in this fashion we will deliver the end product on-time, on-budget, with an outstanding level of quality.

Our office headquarters are located in the heart of Scenic Highway 30-A approximately 2 miles east of the intersection of Highway 395 and 30-A. Our location allows us to service South Bay County (Panama City and Panama City Beach), South Walton County (Destin, Freeport, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, WaterColor, WaterSound Beach, Scenic Highway 30-A), and Okaloosa County (Destin, Ft.
